About ArizonaFIRST

About ArizonaFIRST

ArizonaFIRST is one of more than twenty nationwide financial sector coalitions formed after 9/11 with a focus on protecting critical operations and addressing resilience through collaboration within the financial organizations and public sector partners.

Through quarterly meetings and information sharing coalition members have the opportunity to share information, build relationships with public sector partners and other financial sector members. RPCfirst is a regional partnership council who fosters collaboration among the regional partnerships that have formed across the United States to focus on homeland security and emergency management issues with the public sector.  Find out more information about the Regional Partnership Council at  www.rpcfirst.org .

Enhance the ability of member institutions to respond and recover from incidents affecting the financial sector by fostering partnerships and collaboration between public sector agencies.

Our Goal is to increase awareness, provide structure, and communication to improve emergency preparedness and disaster recovery to the Arizona financial sector. Build relationships with city, county, state and federal agencies including Arizona Division of Emergency Management, Federal Bureau of Investigation, FEMA, the United States Treasury Department, Financial Services - Information Sharing and Analysis Center (FS-ISAC) and the Department of Homeland Security. Increase awareness and importance of the financial sector, and ensure appropriate participation in the State of Arizona Emergency Operations Center in the event of a crisis that affects Arizona’s financial community.
